I went to the HB 309 hearing yesterday. There were certainly hundreds of opponents to this access limiting handout to the uber wealthy landowners of MT. In all it seemed as though both sides were pretty unorganized, but I certainly feel like we opponents got our points accross. The highlight for me was when the female house member asked "How many pictures of dead babies are we going to have to bring in before you make recreating in a ditch illegal?"
Now, it is already illegal to access ditches without permission, and I'm not sure how many babies..... Well I think you get the point.
I was supposed to fish today, but had to back out due to accruing work.
