2/6 Bamboo CLASSICS
I inherited three bamboo rods this December from a longtime client who passed on. I am entertaining offers on one or two, but will surely keep one for a keepsake to hang on the wall.
The first rod is a Wright and Mcgill Granger made 9053 Aristocrat with the original tube and sock, perfect condition with two tips. All original, the photos don't do it justice.
This Rod is probably the pick of the litter. 8 foot 6 inch Wright and Mcgill Granger Rod, note that it still has the plastic on the rod grip, admittedly it is yellowing and cracking. This rod has been appraised by veteran rod builders and should bring a fairly hefty sum, it of course has two tips and is all original.
The last one is a 9 foot Orvis Model 99, really pretty straight forward single tip non-antique cane rod.
