Cold windy weather has been keeping me off the water for a while. Great time to tie some flies, and work on my boats. Over 100 days of guiding will put some wear on equipment, and I swear that I am the hardest person in the world on rubber rafts. I bought a brand new Riken last year, that was supposedly bomb proof, it is now getting three pretty significant holes patched. I also have new frame parts ordered, and the back seat will see some real improvements this year. My hard boat is another story, and is going to be back at the factory in Idaho next week.If you are in Northern, Ca be sure to drop by and see me at the Alameda Fairgrounds on February 25, 26, and 27 in Pleasanton, CA, for all of the information follow this link to the Fly Fishing Show Website. I will once again be giving my presentation; "Missouri River, Montana - The World's Largest Spring Creek".
